What is Professional Whitening?

Professional Whitening is a clinical-grade aesthetic treatment designed to significantly enhance the brilliance of your smile. Unlike over-the-counter products, our systems utilize high-concentration whitening agents and specialized light technology to penetrate deep into the enamel, removing years of extrinsic stains and intrinsic discoloration in a single session.

Understanding the Procedure

The treatment involves the application of a hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide gel to the tooth surfaces. This oxygenates the stains, breaking down the carbon bonds that cause yellowing. Because the procedure is monitored by professionals, we can achieve maximum brightness while minimizing risk to the soft tissues.

Clinical Protocols for Your Safety

Pre-Operative Care

A screening is performed to ensure your teeth and gums are healthy. We assess any existing dental work (crowns or fillings), as these materials do not respond to whitening agents.

During Your Appointment

We apply a protective barrier to your gingiva to prevent irritation. The whitening gel is applied in controlled cycles, often accelerated by a clinical-grade LED light.

Post-Operative Recovery

For 24–48 hours following treatment, patients should adhere to a "white diet," avoiding coffee, tea, and red wine. Temporary tooth sensitivity is normal and can be managed with professional-grade desensitizing pastes.

Our team proudly works with a diverse network of PPO dental insurance carriers.

Please Note: To maintain our high standard of specialized care and personalized materials, we are not currently participating in HMO or DMO insurance plans.
